{Hair Care Rehab} and GIVEAWAY!

I recently had the privilege to check out this amazingly down to earth guide about hair repair and reconditioning.

Without question this is a book that every woman and stylist MUST own.
I mean, we need it.

We need to have it sitting on the back of the toilet or on your coffee table, you know- so all your friends can look through it for themselves. (I don't know where your friends hang out.)

I know that my copy is sitting in my salon. I have already referred to it a couple times to educate my clients on specific needs for their scalp and hair issues.

Did you know that garlic is an age-old remedy for hair shedding!? I had NO idea! I learned that from Miss Audrey Davis-Sivasothy herself. (The author- who is a trained health scientist with BIG hair!)

I never feel like guides such as these should ever replace what your hairstylist or even a doctor or dermatologist recommends for you, but there are incredibly useful remedies that you can try in the comfort of your own home.

If you would like a chance to win a copy of this book, leave a comment below telling me why you should own it!

Otherwise- Try to get your hands on Hair Care Rehab! You will love it!

Should I?? #Bangs

(photo via pinterest)

I am dying. I know, it is silly. I do.
I haven't had to make a decision like this in a long time.
When I used to work in a salon with the girls it was practically decided already.
I would find a beautiful photo, show it to a girl and they would say without any hesitation at all,
"Do it!"

I need a new look. I have a love/hate relationship with having bangs.
I LOVE them- but I HATE growing them out.

If I was my own client, I would encourage myself to cut them. I love when other people are bold and spontaneous.

Last night I tossed and turned over this. Until 1 am. Apparently, this is a life or death concern for me at the moment. I know, my life is hard. (sarcastic)

What do you think?
